The new ASKIR 230-12 BR is a device working with 230V ~ AC 12V DC mixed power supply. Easily transportable from one location to another - particularly suitable for tracheotomized patients, minor surgical applications and post-operative therapy at home. To be used for the nasal, oral & tracheal aspiration of body liquids (mucus or catarrh) in adults and children. Designed for almost continual use, thanks to an electronic system for managing the electrical supply and monitoring the functioning of the internal battery - enabling it to be used at a voltage of 230 V even when the battery is being recharged. A series of LED on the control panel signal whether the machine is operating, as well as the status of the batteries.

Made of highly heat resistant, electrically insulated plastic in conformity with the latest European safety standard. The unit is supplied with a complete polycarbonate autoclavable jar with overflow valve and it is equipped with aspiration regulator and vacuum indicator.
